Airlink: questions members ask

What is the Airlink Paybill number?

Airlink hasn't published a Paybill number that we could confirm on its official channels. Visit any Airlink office to ask.

How do I check my Airlink balance?

Ask Airlink for a statement or about its mobile banking options. Visit any Airlink office to ask.

Where is Airlink's head office?

Airlink's head office is at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi, Nairobi County.

How do I join Airlink?

Bring your national ID and KRA PIN; Airlink will tell you anything else it needs. You can apply online on SaccoLink and we'll send your application to Airlink.

How do I get a loan from Airlink?

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by Airlink, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from Airlink, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

How do I leave Airlink or withdraw my savings?

Give Airlink written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Is Airlink licensed by SASRA?

Yes. Airlink is on SASRA's 2026 list of SACCOs authorised to take non-withdrawable deposits: members save deposits and share capital and borrow against them, but it doesn't run withdrawable (FOSA) accounts.
