Ballot: questions members ask

What is the Ballot Paybill number?

Ballot hasn't published a Paybill number that we could confirm on its official channels. Visit any Ballot office to ask.

How do I check my Ballot balance?

Ask Ballot for a statement or about its mobile banking options. Visit any Ballot office to ask.

Where is Ballot's head office?

Ballot's head office is at Anniversary Towers 21st Floor, Nairobi CBD, Nairobi County.

How do I join Ballot?

Bring your national ID and KRA PIN; Ballot will tell you anything else it needs. You can apply online on SaccoLink and we'll send your application to Ballot.

How do I get a loan from Ballot?

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by Ballot, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from Ballot, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

How do I leave Ballot or withdraw my savings?

Give Ballot written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Is Ballot licensed by SASRA?

Yes. Ballot is on SASRA's 2026 list of SACCOs authorised to take non-withdrawable deposits: members save deposits and share capital and borrow against them, but it doesn't run withdrawable (FOSA) accounts.
