What is the CDF Paybill number?

CDF hasn't published a Paybill number that we could confirm on its official channels. To ask, call +254-795-618-665 and email info@cdfsaccoltd.or.ke.

How do I check my CDF balance?

You can dial *879# and log in with your member details to see your deposits, shares and loan balance. If you haven't registered for mobile banking, register at any CDF branch.

How do I join CDF?

Bring your national ID and KRA PIN; CDF will tell you anything else it needs. You can apply online on SaccoLink and we'll send your application to CDF.

How do I get a loan from CDF?

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by CDF, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from CDF, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

How do I leave CDF or withdraw my savings?

Give CDF written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Is CDF licensed by SASRA?

Yes. CDF is on SASRA's 2026 list of SACCOs authorised to take non-withdrawable deposits: members save deposits and share capital and borrow against them, but it doesn't run withdrawable (FOSA) accounts.
