How do I join Daima?

Bring your national ID and KRA PIN; Daima will tell you anything else it needs. You can apply online on SaccoLink and we'll send your application to Daima.

How do I get a loan from Daima?

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by Daima, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from Daima, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

How do I leave Daima or withdraw my savings?

Give Daima written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Is Daima licensed by SASRA?

Yes. Daima is on SASRA's list of SACCOs licensed to take deposits (FOSA) for 2026, so it can offer withdrawable savings accounts as well as loans.
