What are MTN's opening hours?

Monday to Friday 8 am – 6 pm, Saturday 8 am – 6 pm.

Where are MTN's branches?

MTN has 5 offices in Murang'a, Thika, Nairobi, Nakuru and Nyeri. The head office is at Oluoch Building, Manyeki Road, Muranga Town.

How do I join MTN?

Bring your national ID and KRA PIN; MTN will tell you anything else it needs. You can apply online on SaccoLink and we'll send your application to MTN.

How do I get a loan from MTN?

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by MTN, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from MTN, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

How do I leave MTN or withdraw my savings?

Give MTN written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Is MTN licensed by SASRA?

Yes. MTN is on SASRA's 2026 list of SACCOs authorised to take non-withdrawable deposits: members save deposits and share capital and borrow against them, but it doesn't run withdrawable (FOSA) accounts.
