Network: questions members ask

What is the Network Paybill number?

Network hasn't published a Paybill number that we could confirm on its official channels. Visit any Network office to ask.

How do I check my Network balance?

Ask Network for a statement or about its mobile banking options. Visit any Network office to ask.

Where is Network's head office?

Network's head office is at Standard Group Center, Mombasa Road, Nairobi County.

How do I join Network?

Bring your national ID and KRA PIN; Network will tell you anything else it needs. You can apply online on SaccoLink and we'll send your application to Network.

How do I get a loan from Network?

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by Network, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from Network, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

How do I leave Network or withdraw my savings?

Give Network written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Is Network licensed by SASRA?

Yes. Network is on SASRA's 2026 list of SACCOs authorised to take non-withdrawable deposits: members save deposits and share capital and borrow against them, but it doesn't run withdrawable (FOSA) accounts.
