Reli: questions members ask

What is the Reli Paybill number?

Reli hasn't published a Paybill number that we could confirm on its official channels. Visit any Reli office to ask.

How do I check my Reli balance?

Ask Reli for a statement or about its mobile banking options. Visit any Reli office to ask.

Where is Reli's head office?

Reli's head office is at Reli Sacco, Workshop Road, Nairobi, Nairobi County.

How do I join Reli?

Bring your national ID and KRA PIN; Reli will tell you anything else it needs. You can apply online on SaccoLink and we'll send your application to Reli.

How do I get a loan from Reli?

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by Reli, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from Reli, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

How do I leave Reli or withdraw my savings?

Give Reli written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Is Reli licensed by SASRA?

Yes. Reli is on SASRA's 2026 list of SACCOs authorised to take non-withdrawable deposits: members save deposits and share capital and borrow against them, but it doesn't run withdrawable (FOSA) accounts.
