Tenhos has 4 offices in Mugango (Bomet County), Cheptalal (Bomet County), Chemosot (Kericho County) and Kiptagich (Nakuru County). The head office is at Tenhos Building, Tenwek, Bomet.

You need: completed membership application form, copy of national ID, copy of KRA PIN certificate and copy of payslip/paystub. You can apply online on SaccoLink and we'll send your application to Tenhos.

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by Tenhos, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from Tenhos, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

Give Tenhos written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Yes. Tenhos is on SASRA's list of SACCOs licensed to take deposits (FOSA) for 2026, so it can offer withdrawable savings accounts as well as loans.
