Tetra Pak: questions members ask

What is the Tetra Pak Paybill number?

Tetra Pak hasn't published a Paybill number that we could confirm on its official channels. Visit any Tetra Pak office to ask.

How do I check my Tetra Pak balance?

Ask Tetra Pak for a statement or about its mobile banking options. Visit any Tetra Pak office to ask.

Where is Tetra Pak's head office?

Tetra Pak's head office is at SMK Building, Industrial Area, Enterprise Road, Nairobi, Nairobi County.

How do I join Tetra Pak?

Bring your national ID and KRA PIN; Tetra Pak will tell you anything else it needs. You can apply online on SaccoLink and we'll send your application to Tetra Pak.

How do I get a loan from Tetra Pak?

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by Tetra Pak, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from Tetra Pak, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

How do I leave Tetra Pak or withdraw my savings?

Give Tetra Pak written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Is Tetra Pak licensed by SASRA?

Yes. Tetra Pak is on SASRA's 2026 list of SACCOs authorised to take non-withdrawable deposits: members save deposits and share capital and borrow against them, but it doesn't run withdrawable (FOSA) accounts.
