You can dial *879# and log in with your member details to see your deposits, shares and loan balance. If you haven't registered for mobile banking, register at any Topkrim branch.

You need: fill application form, attach ID photocopy and any other relevant document, open to Kenyans in formal & informal occupation with legal income, and organized & regulated groups and no entry fee. You can apply online on SaccoLink and we'll send your application to Topkrim.

How do I get a loan from Topkrim?

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by Topkrim, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from Topkrim, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

How do I leave Topkrim or withdraw my savings?

Give Topkrim written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Is Topkrim licensed by SASRA?

Yes. Topkrim is on SASRA's list of SACCOs licensed to take deposits (FOSA) for 2026, so it can offer withdrawable savings accounts as well as loans.
