Tramom's head office is at Dynamic Building, Old Mombasa Road, Changamwe, Mombasa County.

You need: at least 18 years old, valid national ID/passport, membership application (online form, PDF, or at a branch) and registration fee Ksh 1,000. Expect a registration fee of KSh 1,000 and a minimum monthly saving of KSh 3,000. You can apply online on SaccoLink and we'll send your application to Tramom.

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by Tramom, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from Tramom, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

Give Tramom written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Yes. Tramom is on SASRA's 2026 list of SACCOs authorised to take non-withdrawable deposits: members save deposits and share capital and borrow against them, but it doesn't run withdrawable (FOSA) accounts.
