Bring your national ID and KRA PIN; Uokoaji will tell you anything else it needs. You can apply online on SaccoLink and we'll send your application to Uokoaji.

How do I get a loan from Uokoaji?

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by Uokoaji, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from Uokoaji, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

How do I leave Uokoaji or withdraw my savings?

Give Uokoaji written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Is Uokoaji licensed by SASRA?

Yes. Uokoaji is on SASRA's 2026 list of SACCOs authorised to take non-withdrawable deposits: members save deposits and share capital and borrow against them, but it doesn't run withdrawable (FOSA) accounts.
