Vegpro: questions members ask

What is the Vegpro Paybill number?

Vegpro hasn't published a Paybill number that we could confirm on its official channels. Visit any Vegpro office to ask.

How do I check my Vegpro balance?

Ask Vegpro for a statement or about its mobile banking options. Visit any Vegpro office to ask.

Where is Vegpro's head office?

Vegpro's head office is at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport-Cargo Village, Nairobi, Nairobi County.

How do I join Vegpro?

Bring your national ID and KRA PIN; Vegpro will tell you anything else it needs. You can apply online on SaccoLink and we'll send your application to Vegpro.

How do I get a loan from Vegpro?

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by Vegpro, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from Vegpro, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

How do I leave Vegpro or withdraw my savings?

Give Vegpro written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Is Vegpro licensed by SASRA?

Yes. Vegpro is on SASRA's 2026 list of SACCOs authorised to take non-withdrawable deposits: members save deposits and share capital and borrow against them, but it doesn't run withdrawable (FOSA) accounts.
