KCS hasn't published a Paybill number that we could confirm on its official channels. To ask, call 0741888000 and email info@karurasacco.or.ke.

How do I check my KCS balance?

You can dial *720# and use the KCS SACCO App app and log in with your member details to see your deposits, shares and loan balance. If you haven't registered for mobile banking, register at any KCS branch.

How do I get a loan from KCS?

Loans are for members. How long you must save first, how much you can borrow against your deposits, and how many guarantors you need are set by KCS, so ask a branch for the loan form and current terms. If you need a guarantor from KCS, its SaccoLink guarantor board lets members guarantee each other.

How do I leave KCS or withdraw my savings?

Give KCS written notice. Deposits are usually refunded after a notice period once your loans and any guarantees you have given are cleared. Share capital is normally not refunded, but you can sell it to another member, for example on SaccoLink.

Is KCS licensed by SASRA?

KCS isn't on SASRA's current list of licensed and authorised SACCOs. Check with SASRA before paying it any money.
